Booking & Requirements
A valid driver's license (in good standing), matching payment method and signed Rental Agreement
You must be 23 years old or older with a valid license
Yes. We verify license status and may deny rentals based on driving record or identity verification
A credit or debit card in the renter's name is required. The payment method must match the reservation.
Major credit and debit cards, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay and more. Payment is required in full to confirm the reservation
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required. The amount is disclosed at booking and may be held or collected to cover damages, tolls, mileage overages, or policy violations
Your reservation is confirmed once documents are approved, the Rental Agreement is signed, and payment is received
Pricing & Policies
There are no refunds once a vehicle is reserved
Rental payments are final once confirmed, except where required by law
Yes. If you fail to appear within 3 hours of your pickup time without communication, any refunds are up to our discretion
Additional charges may apply for late returns, excess mileage, tolls, tickets, smoking, cleaning, unauthorized drivers, out-of-state travel, rideshare use, damages, and other policy violations as detailed in the Rental Agreement
A 2-hour grace period applies. After that, an additional full-day rental charge will apply
Return the vehicle at the same fuel level received. If not, fuel cost plus an inconvenience fee will apply
Yes. 150 miles per day (average) are included. Additional miles are charged at $0.75 per mile
No. Vehicles may not be driven outside Georgia without written approval. Violations may result in deposit forfeiture and civil liability
Only authorized drivers approved at booking may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers violate the Rental Agreement and may result in penalties
Notify us immediately. Do not attempt repairs without approval. If due to maintenance, reasonable accommodations will be made. If due to negligence, the renter remains responsible
You are responsible for all tolls, tickets, fines, and related administrative fees incurred during your rental
No. We maintain a non-smoking fleet. Cleaning or remediation fees apply if violated
Yes, if requested before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and payment approval
Delivery may be available upon request and approval. Additional fees may apply.
Pickup & Return
Valid license, approved documents, signed agreement, and confirmed payment
Pickup and return times are scheduled at booking and must be followed unless otherwise approved
Daily, weekly, or longer-term rentals are available based on availability. Long rentals may require inspections
Deposits are processed up to 48 hours after inspection and reconciliation of fuel, mileage, tolls, and incidentals
Privacy
Your information is kept confidential and may only be shared when required by law enforcement, toll authorities, insurance processing, or to enforce the Rental Agreement
